About Guzauski Swist

Guzauski-Swist Audio Systems LLC was formed from Mick Guzauski and Larry Swist’s desire to create studio monitors that were a culmination of the best, no compromise and exciting to listen to near-field/mid-field system they could design. The result is the Guzauski-Swist Studio Monitor line.

The Guzauski-Swist Studio Monitor enclosure designs allow both vertical and horizontal driver alignment and the GSA3i Amp DSP Processor running at 96K allows users definable room compensation equalization and delay and includes AES digital and analog inputs.

Guzauski-Swist Studio Monitor Systems are in use at countless major recording studios around the globe, such as Blackbird Studios in Nashville, Church Studios in London, Daft Punk in Paris and by songwriters and producers including Max Martin, Espen Lind and of course Mick Guzauski.

He has mixed over 27 number 1 singles for artists such as Madonna, Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, Snoop Dogg, The Weekend, Janelle Monáe, Daft Punk, Alicia Keys and Michael Jackson, including Album of the Year-Daft Punk and Best Engineered Instrumental Album/Non-Classical - Herb Alpert.

Founded Lawrence P. Swist Designs, a full service acoustical design and consulting firm. Lawrence had over 30 years of experience in audio recording, live sound reinforcement, and recording industry pedagogy. Larry Swist, was an engineer, producer and award-winning studio designer. Larry has worked with major artists such as Spyro Gyra, Chuck Mangione, The Everly Brothers, Dionne Warwick, Bruce Hornsby and more. His successful room designs can be seen and heard in London, Los Angeles, Hawaii, Dubai, New York and throughout the world.

Chris earned an undergraduate degree from SUNY Fredonia School of Music and an MBA from New York University and has enjoyed more than 30 years working successfully in the music industry. He brings a unique skill set to the organization, combining experience in music and performance, audio recording, and business management.
